Banned List, nos 32, 33 and 34

A supplementary decree is issued after representations from colleagues. To the Banned List are added the following:

32. Vibrant (when used to mean lots of non-English people).

33. Progressive.

34. Arguably, as in “arguably the most perfect village in the Siebenburgen”, p38 of this week’s Spectator.
