Caught & Social: Gloves are off for ‘Punch’ premiere
The cast of Sucker Punch swept into Leicester Square in force last night, like a group of girls on a night out. They are, from left, Vanessa Hudgens, Carla Gugino, Emily Browning, Abbie Cornish, Jena Malone and Jamie Chung. And Cornish said that they are all close in real life, even supporting each other in awkward sex scenes. “They’re all mates, that’s the thing,” she tells Esquire. “So I’m lucky. With friends, if someone’s pants don’t come off properly, or if something gets stuck, you just end up giggling.”Stuck? Actually, we don’t want to know…
Rihanna reveals more than we ever wanted to know to Rolling Stone. First she discloses her slightly confusing attitude in the bedroom. “I like to take charge, but I love to be submissive,”she says. “Being submissive in the bedroom is really fun. You get to be a little lady, to have somebody be macho and in charge of your s**t. That’s sexy to me. I work a lot, and I have to make a lot of executive decisions, so when it comes to being intimate, I like to feel like I’m somebody’s girl.”She doesn’t stop there: “I like to be spanked. Being tied up is fun. I like to keep it spontaneous. Sometimes whips and chains can be overly planned – you gotta stop, get the whip from the drawer downstairs… I’d rather have him use his hands.”She also laments the recent furore about celebrity sex pictures: “I haven’t gotten a d**k picture in a long time. I think people are a little afraid.”We can only imagine how hard it must be.
Ready for another S Club party?
Here is a picture to strike fear into the hearts of anyone around for the turn of the century tormentors, S Club 7. The band enjoyed a reunion last night as former member Jon Lee began his new role in Jersey Boys in the West End. For those of you who claim to no longer remember the band are, from left, Tina Barrett, Paul Cathermole, Jo O’Meara, Lee, Rachel Stevens, Bradley Mcintosh and Hannah Spearritt. The only good thing to say about the whole thing is that it seems there is no talk of a reunion.

The King’s Speech actress revealed that she has known Britain’s first couple since before David was even an MP. “I’ve seen them through really horrible times with Ivan, and then really good times and they are always themselves,” she tells Stylist. “He’s not changed since he’s become Prime Minister at all.”

The hope in an eager commuter preparing for the day ahead; hope in fashion; hope in love.” We’ll leave you with that thought.
