We’ve all been there. You’ve recently separated from your film star partner amid allegations of infidelity and several embarrassing things said in interviews since. That’s not to mention the spell in rehab. Then you wake up one day and remember that you and your estranged spouse have to walk the same red carpet for a movie you made several months ago. That was the fate of Courtney Cox and David Arquette who posed for cameras at the premiere of Scre4m. That’s the fourth instalment of the Scream franchise, for those of you who like your words without numbers in them.

Jarvis is sorted for summer

Jarvis Cocker warmed his music muscles ahead of this summer’s Pulp reunion tour with a DJ set at the Mother of Pearl pop-up shop launch in New Bond Street. “I’m not talking about the the shows beforehand because I think it will be better that way,” he said. “There will be no set lists beforehand. According to a new poll by tastebuds.fm, fans of Chris Martin and co are the least likely music fans to have sex on a first date. The easiest fans? Nirvana, apparently.

Travolta takes over the mob

John Travolta held a press conference today to announce his role in in Gotti: Three Generations a biopic of the infamous New York mob boss John Gotti. “This is probably the most interesting untold story in this country, and what a character to approach and understand,” Travolta said. Joining John will be Nick Cassavetes as director, while gangster go-to guy Joe Pesci has also signed up. Lindsay Lohan is is in talks to play the gangster’s daughter, but she will presumably have to sort out her own crime issues (a court case for stealing a necklace looms) before she gets to sign on the dotted line.
