Can Tony Blair make a comeback with a top EU job?
I thought I had just found an old webpage by mistake, but no, this appears to be a September 2012 news story, in Public Service Europe.
It is in fact, number 174 in the world-famous series of Questions to Which the Answer is No, all over again.
It took me back to a favourite old blog post from November 2009, which I have retrieved from the archive here (some of the old links still work!):

Number 174 (Adam Boulton): Is Tony Blair about to make the most remarkable political come back since Winston Churchill?
Number 175 (Benedict Brogan): Why Tony Blair should not be written off quite yet.
Number 176 (Mike Smithson): Is Blair back in the frame again for the EU job?
Number 177 (James Forsyth): Why my money is on Balkenende.
Some of those feature in my book, Questions to Which the Answer is No (pictured), published on 27 September and available to order now.
