Can Tony Blair make a comeback with a top EU job?

I thought I had just found an old webpage by mistake, but no, this appears to be a September 2012 news story, in Public Service Europe.

It is in fact, number 174 in the world-famous series of Questions to Which the Answer is No, all over again.

  Whether George W. Bush and Tony Blair can be
  considered war criminals is an issue that should be decided by a
  judicial court. Maybe they will be able to prove their innocence and to
  show that international law has not been broken. But until their
  arguments are heard in an open debate in front of a neutral judge, the
  questions about their real motifs (and the legality of their means)
  remain up for discussion.
