Alex Masters looked at the some of the problems that are being reported by customers.

Meanwhile Alex Hare asked whether a photography degree is really worth the time and the money. He spoke to Karen Shepherdson, a Principal Lecturer at Canterbury Christ Church University, who offered her thoughts on the matter.

Anna Nathanson caught up with British soul and folk songstress Lianne La Havas about her success since appearing on Later…With Jools Holland, touring with her friend Paloma Faith and getting a voicemail from Stevie Wonder.
