Must watch: The best damn band in the land

It’s time for cheerleaders to move over, the best damn band in the land has arrived. A video featuring the Ohio State University Marching Band performing a complex routine has gone viral. The highly-choreographed routine lasts for around nine minutes and sees the band create a series of formations, including several that paid tribute to various classic computer games such as Tetris, there was also a particularly impressive formation of a galloping horse.

To finish off the performance, the band ended with a formation spelling out the words ‘Game Over’. The routine took place during half-time at a game against Nebraska at the weekend which captivated spectators. Judging from the seven-and-a-half million views the video has amassed on YouTube, it seems that others have been left equally amazed by the display.
