Suzanne Moore says sorree: but does she really mean it

I see that the columnist Suzanne Moore is back on Twitter. Her feed closed down for a while because of the storm she whipped up with a passing comment that was interpreted as disrespectful to Brazilian transsexuals. She has now apologised to all she may have offended in the following terms: “Sorreee to the many deranged and illiterate people still abusing me. Have a wank and an almond croissant. You will feel better.” Elegant.

Not having abused her myself, I think I’ll just have the almond croissant.
