Video: When footballers clash with ball boys
Eden Hazard stole the headlines away from Swansea’s remarkable run to the Capital One Cup final last night when he kicked out at a time-wasting ball boy.
The pair have since apologised to each other but the debate rages on. Former Chelsea winger Pat Nevin has called the ball boy a “disgrace” while Joey Barton says Hazard should have kicked him harder.
Wherever you stand, the following videos show that last night’s incident is not the first time ball boys have become involved in the action. They also make Hazard’s kick at Swansea’s Liberty Stadium look tame in comparison…
