Sex in the same bed as a sleeping baby is far from child abuse
The Daily Mail have printed yet another horror story. This time it involves sex, parents and children too. Any headline containing these three subjects might sound sinister, but this one is not. “A third of Swedish mothers admit to having sex while their babies are in the SAME bed” read the headline.

Not just the Mail or males: We need to look beyond the usual suspects when asking why so many women have such terrible body image
Women think they’re complimenting other women by commenting on how thin they look: this, in my eyes, denotes that thin is best.

Every mother with their own named midwife? Sounds like an empty promise
Andrew Lansley’s announcement that pregnant women being cared for under the NHS will be provided with a ‘named’ midwife, seems thoroughly unrealistic.
