Jenna Robinson

Jenna is a trainee counsellor studying with the Open University and CPCAB and will be undertaking her counselling diploma this year as part of a Foundation Degree in Counselling. She also works full time as a Careers Information Manager at King's College London where she provides information and research to students about possible jobs and careers to help them feel more confident about entering the world of work. Jenna's other volunteer work includes writing a blog for the online magazine Mental Healthy as well as contributing to teenage magazine Bliss.

Volunteering has provided me with skills beyond my expectations

Along with the Jubilee festivities, communities across the UK came together to get involved in another celebration this weekend – Volunteers Week 2012. Every year, this occasion aims to encourage individuals and organisations to hold local events to celebrate the contribution of volunteers and inspire others to take part.
