How comic heroes became mainstream
Back in 1992, the world had seen the likes of Batman on the big screen, doing reasonably well at the box office, but comic movies were a novelty that attracted a few cinema goers. Fast forward twenty years and the scenery has totally changed. Just take a look at the highest grossing films of all time.
