Leona Lewis fans - it's time to write some serious hate mail because today marks the official return of The Ugliest Dress In the History Of Musical Entertainment.
Not satisfied simply with hi-jacking a minor awards show, said dress appears determined to launch itself upon the innocent public. Indeed Ms Lewis' purple spectacular could soon be yours: she's selling it - or rather, she's giving it away (and who can blame her?). But it's for charity - proof, here, that even the worst things can be turned into a force for good.
So! Thinking of buying it? Check out the details, after the jump:
- It's made from more than 55 meters of (purple, glittery) taffeta and tulle. Which will, you can rest assured, help you blend in nicely at any 80s-themed cocktail party you happen to attend.
- It's a one off designed by Roberto Cavalli himself (himself!) and took - wait for it - more than 50 hours of nonstop work. Fifty hours! Of work! Non-stop! Can you even imagine? That's almost an hour for every meter of tulle.
- It's for Sport Relief (A factor which seems ever so slightly...odd. Or is it just us?)
- It's on e-bay (again, odd?)
- It's £20 p&p.... oh yeah and the starting bid is 3,000.

You need to get over yourself. You're the only person I've seen not like the dress so your opinion is clearly in the minority. Making ridiculous overstatements like "ugliest dress in the history" just further makes you look stupid. I seriously hope nobody reads your joke of a "blog", you might want to learn how to write. :)

I'm sure Your cheap digs and frankly incomprehensible love of what is, at the end of the day, a sartorial nightmare of VB-like proportions would make fantastic light lunchtime reading for...well, other eedjets like yourself.

I dont object to the "Ugliest dress" comment so much, as everyone has a right to their own opinion and each has their own taste in style, but I DO OBJECT to the urging of HATE MAIL of any sort for any reason, THAT IS RIDICULOUS and shows great Immaturity on your part, is that what you teach your kids if you have any- to display HATE towards anything they dont agree with ? What an example you are to humanity!! A huge Shame!!! I feel sorry for someone like you who has such a mentality to encourage Hate in any form.

I think that if you'd actually followed the suggested link before BEING SO OUTRAGED BY IT ALL, you'd have noticed that the Gutter Sniper's comments regarding hate mail were in fact a reference to the last time she blogged about the dress, not hoping more crazy mofo's vent their spleen!
