Indoors is the new outdoors...

It is a misunderstanding to presume that the street art (–wall painting-), could be truly something artistic.

As a matter of fact, drawing, painting, engraving, and carving on the walls (of caves, temples, fortresses, etc) go back to prehistoric time.

Any art collector wants to possess a piece of work, to have its value increased and sold profitably. It is not definitely for sharing.

Thus, it is not that –street art- is losing its edge, but it is putting on right track: a personal commodity.

Oh mack how right you are. COMMODIFICATION. That's what we like. Screw art, screw sharing, bring on the profits! There's nothing I like more than a sell-out in the morning.
