I am so glad you raised this! I thought perhaps it was an obscure side effect of my astigmatism that they appeared wonky! The last time I saw any so visible as a style statement, they were being sported by William Shatner in the original Star Trek series. Had someone been tinkering with them with an eyebrow pencil too? They looked distinctly ginger in some lights, most bizarre!

Exactly. The whole thing is just BIZARRE. I used to think William Shatner was really handsome when he was Captain Kirk though.
I hope this is not going to make me start thinking Alan looks handsome.
