Supposed to be visiting Hidcote this weekend, please make it not this weekend he appears!

Love the idea behind this charity, thanks for bringing it to our attention. I have been known to hug trees and was sad when they culled some mighty oaks in Reading town centre recently.

I live surrounded by deciduous woodland and think it has a magical atmosphere. There's something of the Ent and other worldliness about trees, I believe them good for the soul, let alone the planet and the entire eco systems they support. And no my name isn't Swampy!

I agree Trees for Cities is a great charity. I make a donation each year instead of sending Xmas cards to work colleagues

The Garden Monkey

Chris looks very excited - perhaps he's got wood.

Oh you are a bad, bad monkey.
