We now have a Minister for Content. I quote from today's Department of Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform press release:
STEPHEN CARTER CBE: MINISTER FOR COMMUNICATIONS, TECHNOLOGY AND BROADCASTING (jointly with DCMS)
Responsible for communications and content industries, electronics and IT services, creative industries, Better Regulation Executive, including regulatory budgets and Better regulation within BER.
Thank goodness for that.

A Minister for Content. Splendid. Content is what our leaders need in their speeches. Content is what we'd all like to be. But. Could it be Contempt? More likely, really, with this lot.
