It was August 7th 2012, the day a tropical monsoon downpour caused devastating flooding in the densely-populated city, which affected more than 1.2 million people.]]></description>

Ever since we left the airport last week the weather has been a key feature here, raining heavily daily, but last night things changed. ]]></description>
