CVs can be deceptive
The holy grail for a lot of chefs, whether they will admit it or not, is the Michelin star. Once acquired, the efforts of the chef and front of house team are validated, business picks up and dreams quite often come true. It’s always been one of my dreams, not just for my own career but for the guys working for me – to have that accolade during your time in a restaurant is priceless.
