The Scott Expedition: An introduction

I am currently preparing for the biggest expedition of his life – and arguably one of the most ambitious in polar history. An 1800 mile (2,900km) unsupported return journey from the edge of Antarctica to the South Pole and back on foot. Known as the Scott Expedition, it will be the longest unsupported polar journey in history and first completion of Captain Robert Falcon Scott’s iconic 1910-12 Terra Nova expedition.
